Procedures/testing Details
R&D department make the quality guidelines; QC manager keeps all of the guidelines and hands out to every foreman. QCs check all quality problems based on quality guidelines, Foremen collect all of quality datas and feedback to QC manager. QC manager discuss the quality problems with R&D manager, sales manager and related manager and concludes a solution. |
